World-class operating systems like the Manufacturing Execution System, System Analysis and Program Development, Operator Training Simulator, and Corrosion and Inspection Management Systems are implemented at JSC Shaimerden in order to accomplish this goal. Through cross-training of operation and maintenance staff and a multitasking strategy, the minimum manning philosophy aids in operational optimization.
